If you enjoy the Gorge on two feet, imagine what fun you could have on two wheels. Bring your bicycle and join Wendell Wood on a leisurely bike tour along the Columbia River.

Click here to sign up for the ride.

Bring your own bike and join Oregon Wild’s naturalist Wendell Wood for this slow-going ride with numerous stops (along the initial uphill portion) to identify and admire the lovely gorge wildflowers. Enjoy open meadows, and conifer forest habitats where they transition from pine and oak woodlands. Plant list provided. Please leave the next day open in case the hike is postponed due to significant rain. Allow at least an hour & 15 minutes driving time from Portland.  State Park day passes are available for $3 per vehicle at the trailhead.
