Check out the unique flora on both the north and south banks of the famed Rogue River on this spring exploration of an Oregon treasure. (Special camping option available the night of May 21)

Location: Medford Bureau of Land Management (outside Grants Pass)
We’ll start out the day hiking the renowned Rogue River Trail below Grave Creek Bridge along the north side of the picturesque and adventure-filled Rogue River.
As north and south facing canyon slopes offer two contrasting habitat types, in the afternoon we will hike to Rainie Falls on the south side of the river (a favorite spot to watch salmon jump in the fall).
A plant list of 322 species found along the Rogue River, with common and scientific names will be provide to participants.
