Moderate, 2.5 miles round trip, with 780 foot elevation gain in the first half of the trip.
Visit one of Mount Hood's most scenic lakes for a snowshoe hike that will raise your heartrate and your knowledge of the mountain's natural history!
Carpools will depart from Portland. Snowshoes can be rented at a discount from Oregon Mountain Community on NE Sandy Blvd. by mentioning that you are participating in this outing with Oregon Wild.
