Join Oregon Wild for a night of “Photographing Oregon” with local author and award-winning photographer Greg Vaughn. Learn some of the secrets to capturing the best photos in locations all over this beautiful state – from new angles on well-known landmarks to hidden treasures. Greg is the author of “Photographing Oregon” which recently won the Benjamin Franklin Award for best travel book of 2009 from the Independent Book Publishers Association. Greg also won an award in Oregon Wild’s annual outdoor photo contest in 2009, and he’ll share some of his experiences getting his prize-winning shots in beautiful places.

Joining Greg will be Oregon Wild’s Roadless Wildlands Advocate Rob Klavins. Rob will fill attendees in on Oregon Wild’s work to protect some of the state’s most photogenic wild places and why they are important for fish, wildlife, AND people.

What: Oregon Wild Wednesday – A free quarterly event.  RSVP is not required, but we encourage you to arrive on time for socializing and to secure a seat.
