Oregon Wild's naturalist Wendell Wood leads you on a leisurely hike to waterfalls while sharing his knowledge of the area's wildflowers (Moderate, 3.3 miles, 780 foot elev. gain)

Join Oregon Wild's naturalist Wendell Wood for this slow-paced hike that will take in Horsetail Falls, the Oneonta Gorge and Falls and optional continuation to Triple Falls as you learn to identify the area's late spring/early summer wildflowers.

This hike is moderately difficult, as the trail gains 780 ft in elevation over 3.3 miles.

Please leave the next day open in case the hike is postponed due to significant rain.

Carpools will depart at 8:30 AM from Portland’s Gateway Transit Garage’s, southeast ground floor corner on NE 99th Ave.  (This is one block north from the former meeting site on the SE corner of NE 99th & NE Pacific in Portland).
