Oregon Wild Naturalist, Wendell Wood explores the lesser known side of one of Oregon’s most popular hiking areas on this flower ID hike.

Location: Lewis and Clark Mount Hood Wilderness
(Please leave the next day-- Tuesday, June 16--open in case the hike is postponed due to significant rain.)
Eagle Creek is one of the most well-known and well-used trails in the Columbia Gorge—and for good reason. With spawning salmon in the fall, breathtaking waterfalls year round, and wildflowers aplenty in the spring, the Eagle Creek trail is an Oregon gem.
Join Oregon Wild Naturalist Wendell Wood for a slow-paced hike to Punchbowl Falls along Eagle Creek. While we hike, you’ll learn forest ecology and wildflower identification with your provided plant species list. Space is limited to 12 participants.
